The PackMentality Pop-Ins Podcast returns with Episode 24 as host Brian Reinhardt catches up with coach Pat Popolizio on what his summer has been like so far and what's left for the Pack wrestling staff this summer. Coach Popolizio will also talk about how the Wolfpack RTC uses donations.

There will also be some information about the first Golfing with the Wolves Golf Classic, the day before the NC State-Georgia State football game on September 7. Go to WolfpackRTC.com to find out how to play and sponsor.

Hidden Heroes continues with Director of Analytics and Internal Operations and wrestling sport administrator Josh Dalton.

The last show segment features returning All-American Tariq Wilson. There were high expectations internally for Wilson coming out of Ohio, but it took a breakout performance at the NCAA championships for everyone else around the country to realize it.
